Yes. Prescription treatments offered through LeverRx require evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. A prescription will only be issued if the provider determines treatment is medically appropriate.
After selecting your treatment and completing checkout, you will complete a medical intake questionnaire through our telehealth partner. A licensed healthcare provider reviews your information and determines whether treatment is appropriate.
Once your intake is submitted, communication regarding your evaluation takes place directly between you and the licensed healthcare provider through our telehealth partner’s platform.
Prescriptions are issued by licensed healthcare providers affiliated with our telehealth partner. If treatment is approved, medications are dispensed and shipped by licensed U.S. pharmacies.
If the provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate, a prescription will not be issued.
Consultation review times vary but most evaluations are completed within a few days after the intake questionnaire is submitted.
